UI blocking changing volume mode

Description of problem: The UI blocks changing the volume mode when cloning a VM from a template even though the backend now supports this.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): 4.8.1

How reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Import a boot source for a template using volume mode block
2. Start the wizard to create a VM from the above template
3. In the storage section, edit the disk, expand the Advanced settings and try to change the volume mode

Actual results: The option is blocked with a message that the volume mode must match the source pvc.

Expected results: The volume mode should be changeable.
