Description of problem:
At https://multicloud-console.apps.my.com/multicloud/create-cluster 
using  safari web browser shows an empty page. 
Chrome is working fine. 

tested with epyphany webkitGTK only 2.2 ACM release , where is was working  .

Safari: 14.1.2 on Big Sur
RHACM: 2.3.2

Steps to Reproduce:
1. create cluster on safari on Big sur

Actual results:
empty page.

Expected results:
cluster create page.
