Description of problem:
The resources search's behavior is inconsistent and does not always show all the resources for the entered text. (See attachment)

Prerequisites (if any, like setup, operators/versions):

Steps to Reproduce
1. Navigate to search page
2. Enter any resource name to narrow down the results
3. Delete a few chars

Actual results:
The results are not always updated to match the changed input

Expected results:
Results should always be updated on input change
