Description of problem: Please add zbar package to epel8. We have a case where AI/ML setup (ODH on OCP) analyzes thousands of pictures daily. Pictures are about paper form which have bar or qr codes. Those codes get scanned by using python utilizing zbar libraries. This is currently based on RHEL7 which has zbar in epel, but we'd want to upgrade to RHEL8 and later to RHEL9. Zbar package is missing from there and we'd need it. Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): Rawhide has: zbar-0.23-11.fc35.src.rpm How reproducible: Packet has dependency on GraphicsMagick, which is missing from RHEL, but is in epel.
