Description of problem:
There is an upstream[1] BUG 1926531 solved[2] that is not backported downstream. Is it possible to backport it? 

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
Red Hat Openstack Platform 13 (RHOSP13)

How reproducible:
If you update to latest 13 z-release you can hit the BUG[1]

Hi Luigi,

ETA for what? Patch which You asked for is in openstack-neutron-12.1.1-42.2.el7ost already. About verification of that package, I think You need to ask @Eran
Regarding release of it, I don't think there will be next z-stream release of OSP-13 so probably You will need to ask for hotfix there.

As Slawek mentioned   OSP-13 has no z-stream anymore so we can verify this bz as part of a hotfix. 

In case we will get a requirement to validate this one we will do that part of a hotfix.
