Feedback from the field was that the section "Overview of the ServiceTelemetry object" is in an awkward position because it follows the installation of STF. The next expected section would be configuring STF, but we have this reference material that you can't really do anything with.

Talking with Joanne, we're going to move that section as a sub-assembly of the "Creating a ServiceTelemetry object in OCP" which in STF 1.3 generated documentation, means we're moving section 3.2 in to section 3.3, which will create a new 3.3.1, which follows the Procedure for the current 3.3.

@joflynn I'm closing this as CLOSED > CURRENTRELEASE since it looks like this is already completed. I don't think a release note is necessary for this one. Please re-open if this is not the case :)
