Description of problem:
New upstream version available.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
Upstream version 1.12 (August 2, 2021)
Fedora version 1.07 (August 31, 2018)

Additional info:
There have been several new releases in the 3 years since the version currently packaged.  The releases are monitored in Anitya (https://release-monitoring.org/project/5648/) but are the automatic notifications of new releases not working?
