Description of problem: Running OSP on OCP using OSP-d requires openstack-tripleoclient and to openstack-tempest to run validations test native on OCP. Both were added upstream via [1]. This BZ is to track downstream availability of the two container images [1] https://review.opendev.org/c/openstack/tripleo-common/+/806521 Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): OSP17
Looks like patch merged to tripleo-common but only tempest was restored not tripleoclient in tcib
Looks like everything is merged upstream was not looking in right place before.
