Verified on hco-bundle-registry-container-v2.6.7-40 / iib:111102

Run a migration plan with the same 2 VMs, that used to fail with the error stated in the bug description, on CNV-2.6.6. 
and on 2.6.7-40 it PASS (screenshot attached).
