Description Vladik Romanovsky 2021-09-13 13:32:37 UTC
Description of problem:

Since https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1638889 has been implemented. We can now switch the live migration process to use Unix sockets instead of TCP.

Switching to Unix sockets will effectively allow us to remove the need to proxying multiple TCP connections between the virt-launchers and the virt-handlers. This step should further improve the stability and performance of the live migration.

Fix has been in for a considerable amount of time. Using latest builds for "fixed in version".

Vladik can you please assist QA with instructions on how to validate this?
