Description of problem:

The linux version of openshift-install for an OpenShift cluster for s390x is only available for s390x. This information is missing in the documentation.

Propose an addition to the documentation with a note:
"The installation program that generates the manifests and ignition files is architecture specific and can be obtained from the client image mirror. The Linux version of the installation program runs on s390x only. This installer program is also available as a Mac OS version."
