Description of problem:
In order for Pagure from EPEL 8 to use OpenID Connect, we need python-flask-oidc, which is not available in RHEL 8. Would you please consider branching and building it for EPEL 8? The current package in Rawhide builds and installs perfectly on EPEL 8, so it shouldn't be a huge lift to do so.

If you cannot or do not want to, I'm happy to be a co-maintainer to do it instead.
