Verified on RHOS-16.2-RHEL-8-20211119.n.2 with python3-networking-ovn-7.4.2-2.20210601204831.el8ost.13.noarch and python3-networking-ovn-migration-tool-7.4.2-2.20210601204831.el8ost.13.noarch
No db sync issues during ovs2ovn migration on all downstream CI jobs.
