Migrations from ML2/OVS with VXLAN to ML2/OVN on 16.2.0 (16.2 GA) fail because the migration tool does not convert the tunneling protocol of the networks to Geneve as expected. See https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=2003708.
