	networkingv1 "k8s.io/api/networking/v1" is used from OCP 4.8 so rebasing is easy and not complicated.
  

      	networkingv1beta1 "k8s.io/api/networking/v1beta1"  is used before OCP 4.8   so rebasing will need some changes which are not related to this issue so I am not backporting this fix in OCP 4.7
