Description of problem:

When using newly created form for Broker (see https://issues.redhat.com/browse/ODC-5030) the *Create* button is inactive despite the form being properly filled in.

Going to YAML view and back helps, as well as closing the NOTE:

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to Topology view
2. Choose to create a broker
3. See the form *Create* button state

Actual results:

The button is disabled

Expected results:

The button should be active, as the form is pre-filled from the start.

Verified on 4.10.0-0.nightly-2021-10-02-095441, works as expected.
