Description of problem:
Please build pwauth for EPEL 8, it is a run-time dependency for mod_authnz_external.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
pwauth-2.3.10-24.fc35

Actual results:
No pwauth in EPEL 8.

Expected results:
pwauth-2.3.10-24.el8 or better ;-)

Additional info:
Please let me know if you are not interested in maintaining the package on EPEL 8 branch.
