Description of problem: remove ibm-console container from the odf-console deployement
@Nitin - What would be the steps to verify this BZ?
To verify this we should see only one container in the odf-console pod from now onwards and there should not be any IBM related labels and annotations to the pod and no IBM related secrets.

I have asked for the annotations and labels from the pod, not from the node. also pls show the `oc get pods` as well.
