To ensure smooth transition for our customers to RHEL8 EUS repositories, when the time comes, we should introduce in the code today a notification to the Admin user that they should switch to RHEL EUS repositories.

This notification should start showing approximately at the time when RHEL 8.6 goes EUS.

Why is this needed now?
Not all the customers upgrade frequently, so the earlier we get this code into the software, the more customers we will get exposed to this.

Why do we need this notification?
Once RHEL switches to 8.7, and RHV does not have plans today to support beyond RHEL 8.6, customers should switch channels to RHEL EUS to avoid untested and unpredicted configurations on their environments after upgrade, when they would get 8.7+ bits.
