Description of problem:

The playbook ran partially and only removed a few ODs and not the complete list of OSDs provided.

Additional info:

Customer quoted scenario: 
" The playbook run partially completed and only removed a few OSDs. I had to run the playbook again to complete. This needed a manual intervention to remove the OSDs (ceph osd rm) to remove those OSDs and a server reboot to clear the mounts"
