If it is available (like during an upgrade), the /var/lib/ceph directory has to be backuped just before the restore process takes place and then restore after the ReaR backup has been executed.

This guarantees that we will always have an up-to-date and consistent /var/lib/ceph copy if the controllers are running with co-located Ceph.
