Description of problem:
Trying to compile anything with FPC on aarch64 fails with a linking error.

Version-Release number of selected component:
fpc-3.2.2-1.fc35

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Try to compile anything

Actual results:
Compilation fails with a linking error (see attached build log).

Expected results:
Compilation is successful.

Additional info:
Related to changes made in glibc between 2.33 and 2.34.
