%add_maven_depmap macro was provided by javapackage-local and deprecated long time ago in favor of %mvn_artifact

The macro has then been removed and is not available anymore in recent javapackage-local releases, including the one shipped with CentOS Stream 9.

In order to package ovirt-engine for CentOS Stream 9 we need to update the spec file accordingly.
