Description of problem:
When we deploy MTC in an OCP cluster with a proxy configured the UI is not working.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
MTC 1.6.0

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Deploy MTC 1.6.0 in an OCP cluster with a proxy configured.
2. Try to open the UI

Actual results:
The UI is not working, and in the browser we can see this error

ERROR
The requested URL could not be retrieved
The following error was encountered while trying to retrieve the URL: https://kubernetes.default.svc.cluster.local/*

Unable to determine IP address from host name kubernetes.default.svc.cluster.local

The DNS server returned:

Name Error: The domain name does not exist.
This means that the cache was not able to resolve the hostname presented in the URL. Check if the address is correct.

Your cache administrator is root.
