Description Jeremy Linton 2021-09-23 20:26:50 UTC
1. Please describe the problem:
Arm based windows laptops are a thing, as might be other environments where linux hosted on windows may be useful. With 5.15 much of the arm+hyperv patches were merged giving those users a much better guest OS experience. Lets enable that in fedora.

2. What is the Version-Release number of the kernel: 5.15

3. Did it work previously in Fedora? If so, what kernel version did the issue
*first* appear? Old kernels are available for download at
   https://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/packageinfo?packageID=8 : No

I'm opening this to fill in the Bugzilla field on the github pull request I'm about to make.
