Description of problem:
Doing a VNC install on my HP Integrity servers dies with:

Starting VNC...
The VNC server is now running.
Please connect to 10.12.11.41:1 to begin the install...
_X11TransSocketINETConnect() can't get address for localhost:6007: Name or
service not known

(mini-wm:604): Gtk-WARNING **: cannot open display: :7

It would help if anaconda tried to start mini-wm on the same $DISPLAY as Xvnc
was expecting, wouldn't it?
