As noted in Slack, this looks like a hand crafted job from @pmuller https://github.com/openshift/release/commit/a88089c3a9f562f97c4474548d5ba5c80c515e25 I don't believe anyone from the CoreOS team has been monitoring the job nor has been involved in the maintenance of the job, so it could probably be removed. Looks like these jobs stopped running after they were removed. Since the problem described in this bug report should be resolved in a recent advisory, it has been closed with a resolution of ERRATA.
