release-openshift-origin-installer-old-rhcos-e2e-aws-4.9 is failing frequently in CI, see: https://testgrid.k8s.io/redhat-openshift-ocp-release-4.9-informing#release-openshift-origin-installer-old-rhcos-e2e-aws-4.9 The failing tests seem mostly related to [sig-storage] CSI Volumes failures. Example job: https://prow.ci.openshift.org/view/gs/origin-ci-test/logs/release-openshift-origin-installer-old-rhcos-e2e-aws-4.9/1438155419376685056
As noted in Slack, this looks like a hand crafted job from @pmuller https://github.com/openshift/release/commit/a88089c3a9f562f97c4474548d5ba5c80c515e25 I don't believe anyone from the CoreOS team has been monitoring the job nor has been involved in the maintenance of the job, so it could probably be removed.
Looks like these jobs stopped running after they were removed. See: https://prow.ci.openshift.org/job-history/gs/origin-ci-test/logs/release-openshift-origin-installer-old-rhcos-e2e-aws-4.9 Closing as verified.
