Description of problem:
StorageSubscription source cr in cnf-features-deploy release-4.8 branch points to 4.7 by default. It should be 4.8.

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Check subscription channel in ZTP cnf-features-deploy source crs
e.g., https://github.com/openshift-kni/cnf-features-deploy/blob/release-4.8/ztp/source-crs/StorageSubscription.yaml


Actual results:
Storage subscription defaults to 4.7 channel in release-4.8 branch.
