Description of problem:

Double scroll bar shows up and footer breaks when task quick search is dragged to the bottom of the page

How reproducible:


Steps to Reproduce:
1. Navigate to the pipeline builder page
2. Click on Add task button under the Tasks section
3. Drag the task quick search to the bottom of the page and search for a task

Actual results:
Results appear below the page and a double scroll bar is shown


Expected results:
No double scroll bar should be shown. and quick search modal should move up when results load. (or as per the UX suggestion)
