I'll be using nix in zram-generator tests, so I looked into updating this. https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/rust-nix/pull-request/4 updates to 0.23.0, and all tests pass in local mock and koji F34-F36 [1,2,3]. But before merging this, we should adjust the dependent packages. The semver 0-bump makes this annoyingly complicated, but I expect that actually everything will build fine.
