Description of problem: https://github.com/oVirt/ovirt-engine/commit/77bccdb153cfcb77ec7c4a5c36d2a8ec702fb060 added check for installed package: ovirt_openvswitch_pre: "{{ ansible_facts.packages['ovirt-openvswitch'] | first }}" but it counts for on ovirt-openvswitch and not on older rhv-openvswitch if customer is on older version than 4.4.7 host deploy will failed on him.
After upgrade check is expecting only ovirt-openvswitch ... not rhv- ( pre 4.4.7 packages ) Which is creating issue, if customer has 4.5 CL and needs to replace node for node in production ... ( if customer has certification for host packages we are removing possibility to re-add host to CL 4.4 / 4.5 / 4.6 )
