Approved.

Upstream is dated, but the library is used by very popular (> 4K stars on
GitHub) software: https://github.com/oauth2-proxy/oauth2-proxy

[NOTE] Lots of other packages own /usr/share/gocode/src/github.com, it's fine.
Can't be fixed here anyway.

[NOTE] rpmlint warnings on golang-github-mbland-hmacauth-devel.noarch and
golang-github-mbland-hmacauth.src can be ignored. Not something that can be
fixed here.
