Description of problem:
There are existing OpenStack scenarios where nfs is still not managed
by cephadm, but deployed and maintained by TripleO.
For this reason, during the FFU, we need to skip the nfs part of the adoption playbook and leave this daemon unmanaged.

Verified using
ceph-ansible-6.0.20.0-1.el8cp.noarch
steps:
1. install 4.x
2. upgrade to 5.x using rolling playbook, it throws below error
{
fatal: [magna095]: FAILED! => changed=false
msg: |-
Upgrading to Ceph Pacific isn't supported with nfs+rgw. This will be supported soon in a new release of Ceph Pacific.
}
to test cephadm-adopt we excluded nfs and proceeded with rolling playbook
4. Run cephadm-adopt including nfs in inventory and using --skip-tags ceph_nfs_adopt(the nfs daemon adopt got successfully skipped)
ceph-base-16.2.0-146.el8cp.x86_64
