Description of problem: optimize global recovery module - https://github.com/ceph/ceph/pull/37544 introduce 5 second sleep interval - https://github.com/ceph/ceph/pull/41907
This is not really required but, if we were to test the improvements gained by the optimization, by comparing the CPU usage of the manager daemon of the optimized against the unoptimized. Giving both the same workload, OSDs nunmber, and marking the same OSDs in and out to trigger recovery events.
