+++ This bug was initially created as a clone of Bug #2010861 +++

An error in the manifest file is preventing ART team to build the EFS operator:

Error: Value operator.openshift.io/v1, Kind=ClusterCSIDriver: example must have a provided API"

Verified passed with aws-efs-operator 4.10.0-202110052245.
