This same link will be available in a blue banner at the top of the page informing you that that bug has been migrated.

Description of problem:

We've hit this while porting OSP to RHEL9. Our containers did not have the 'which' rpm installed and resource-agents would just start failing.
We'll fix it by adding it to the containers, but it should probably be pulled in as an rpm dep?
