Description of problem:
Saving any configuration in Retro Changelog plugin makes the browser page stuck in loading loop and browser needs to be reloaded

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to Plugins tab -> Click Retro Changelog side tab
2. Enable plugin and restart
3. Set any of the attributes with different value e.g. Max Age
4. Click Save

Actual results:
Page is stuck in loading loop even though there is a successful message displayed that configuration was saved. Browser needs to be reloaded or you need to click on different tab to break it.

Expected results:
Page is not stuck in a loading loop.

Configuration is saved and page is not stuck, marking as VERIFIED.

Original: 

Cause: Saving any configuration in Retro Changelog plugin.

Consequence: The "Saving" spinner is stuck and doesn't disappear after the saving is over.

Fix: Disable "Saving" spinner when the saving operation is over.

Result: The "Saving" spinner successfully disappears after the saving is over.
