Description of problem:

While login to  MTV (networking --> routes --> virt),
all MTV tabs (Providers, migration plans, mappings" have an error

"Could not load providers from inventory API
500: Internal Server Error"


While try to open forklift-inventory get "404 page not found"

MTV_2.2.0-20 (iib: 113682) 


How reproducible:


Steps to Reproduce:
1. login to MTV
2. move between tabs 
3. open forklift-inventory (Networking --> Routes --> forklift-inventory)

Actual results:
MTV inventory have an error

Expected results:
MTV show providers, plans, mappings


Additional info:

it happens on two scale clouds (BM env.)

Please verify with mtv-operator-bundle-2.2.0-41 / iib:122011, or later.

Moving to VERIFIED since this issue wasn't seen on recent bare metals deployments along with MTV-2.2.0-39.
