 Problem: cannot install the best update candidate for package kde-gtk-config-5.18.4-1.el8.x86_64

Hi,

Now that kde-gtk-config 5.22 has also landed in the "regular" EPEL8, it can not be installed as it depends on breeze-gtk-common which is not available in EPEL.

Oh, it's only for dir ownership.  I'm going to drop the dependency.

Dependency has been dropped for epel8.
kde-gtk-config is now installable on epel8.
