Description of problem:

Rados gateway replication very slow in multisite setup

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
RGW MULTISITE Environment 
RHCS 4.2 

How reproducible:
During sync of RGW multisite objects  noting several fetch_errors and poll_errors 

Steps to Reproduce:

Actual results:
                    "error_code": 5,
                    "message": "failed to sync object(5) Input/output error"

Expected results:
Sync should occur between primary adn secondary sites without errors
