Description of problem:
Changing any configuration in RootDN Access Control Plugin gets the page stuck in a loading loop and a wrong message is displayed.

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to Plugins tab -> Click RootDN Access Control
2. Enable plugin -> restart
3. Do any modification with available options
4. Click Save


Actual results:
Page will get stuck in a loading loop and a message is displayed: 
Successfully updated the Retro Changelog
Configuration is saved.

Expected results:
Page is not stuck and the message should be "Successfully updated the RootDN Access Control"

Configuration is saved and message mentions RootDN plugin, marking as VERIFIED.
