Description of problem:

On a PSI clusters with recent MTV build noticed that sometimes for around 10 sec the displayed plan status is "Unknown".

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
MTV_2.2.0-20 (iib: 113682)
CNV4.9.0-232 (hcoversion)
OCP4.9.0

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Create a new Migration Plan 
2.Check the plan status in the UI

Actual results:
Plan status is Unknown for few seconds 


Expected results:
Plan status should be Ready.

Reproduced this and observed that the Unknown status is appearing when the plan CR does not yet have a top-level `status` property at all. That property was previously expected to always be present, even if empty. Fix incoming.

On New MTV Builds Doesn't Observe the "Unknown" plan status in UI.
Verified on MTV-2.2.0-52/CNV-4.9.0-249.
