Description of problem (please be detailed as possible and provide log snippests): Number of storage systems is given as 2 in the status section of OpenShift Data Foundation Overview page. Actually only 1 storage system is present. Screen recording attached. The issue is in UI If this is a regression, please provide more details to justify this: Steps to Reproduce: 1. Create a storage system and storage cluster from CLI. Used ocs-ci to deploy the cluster. Note: storage cluster creation from UI is currently blocked and not tested to reproduce this issue. Actual results: Got to Storage --> OpenShift Data Foundation. OpenShift Data Foundation Overview page will open. Check the number of storage systems mentioned under status. Expected results: The number of storage system should match the actual number of storage system. The actual number of storage system is 1 in this case. Additional info:
