We need a 35-1 version of fedora-release for f35 final. This is to stop media from showing the prerelease warnings, etc.

Accepted as a Final blocker as a clear violation of Final criterion "A fedora-release package containing the correct names, information and repository configuration for a final Fedora release must be present on release-blocking images".
https://bodhi.fedoraproject.org/updates/FEDORA-2021-d0c50365c2 fixes the issue.
