Description of problem:
Flatpak 1.12.1 [1] contain critical fix and got stuck in pending state. Users can't receive it from Testing repo because it already have enough karma for Pending -> Stable but freeze stage prevent this. Users still complain because broken 1.12.0 version maybe still available on some mirrors even if it was unpushed already.

Proposed as a Blocker for 35-final by Fedora user atim using the blocker tracking app because:

 Flatpak 1.12.1 contain critical fix and got stuck in pending state. Users can't receive it from Testing repo because it already have enough karma for Pending -> Stable but freeze stage prevent this. Users still complain because broken 1.12.0 version maybe still available on some mirrors even if it was unpushed already.
