This same link will be available in a blue banner at the top of the page informing you that that bug has been migrated.

this is fixed upstream via merge 840d46b34cc7770fc382fd5af9456da323430ddc, which is 1.31.2+ (thus, it is contained in 1.32.0+ and rhel-8.5+).

So far, the fix is not yet backported to upstream nm-1-30 branch, and therefore also not in rhel-8.4.z.
These two steps need to be taken.
