Description of problem:

Default versions for operators in cnf-feature-deploy/ztp should point to 4.9.

How reproducible:
100%


Steps to Reproduce:
1. Check subscriptions under https://github.com/openshift-kni/cnf-features-deploy/tree/release-4.9/ztp/source-crs

Actual results:
- ClusterLogSubscription.yaml > points to 5.0
- PaoSubscription.yaml > 4.8
- PtpSubscription.yaml > 4.8 with a TODO
- StorageSubscription.yaml > 4.7
- SriovSubscription.yaml > 4.8


Expected results:
- operator versions should default to 4.9 (Not sure about clusterlogsubs, which we have been using 5.0 as is)

Note: channel for ClusterLogSubscription.yaml should be `channel: stable`

Mark it as verified by reading the PR. The actual behavior will be verified after it's merged to release-4.9 branch as these changes are specific for 4.9.
