Description of problem:
Service details page is showing wrong in-cluster hostname.

How reproducible:


Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to 'openshift-console' namespace and check 'console' service

Actual results:
The in-cluster hostname is 'console.openshift-console.srv.cluster.local'

Expected results:
The in-cluster hostname should be 'console.openshift-console.svc.cluster.local'

Checked on ocp 4.10 cluster with payload 4.10.0-0.nightly-2021-10-16-173656, the fix is not included yet. Waiting for newer build.

Checked on ocp 4.10 cluster with payload 4.10.0-0.nightly-2021-10-28-150422. All services' in cluster hostnames have been updated with "{s.metadata.name}.{s.metadata.namespace}.svc.cluster.local". The bug is fixed.
