Description of problem:
GNOME does now optionally support Wayland with the NVIDIA proprietary driver. This should be permitted now.

Proposed as a Freeze Exception for 35-final by Fedora user ngompa using the blocker tracking app because:

 While the NVIDIA driver does not strictly influence release criteria, it'd be *really good* to have this fix in the GA media, especially for our downstreams.
