Yes https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1943860 is the BZ to watch. From the prometheus perspective I couldn't find an error.

For a workaround: This happens when prometheus gets restarted while the apiserver is throttling requests (e.g. during an upgrade that might happen). Once the apiserver is not throttling anymore, a restart to the prometheus pods should resolve this.
